Product Return and Refund Policy

urbangabru.in hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

1. Order has not been dispatched yet?

Delivery Will be done in 5-7 Business days, In case your order has not been dispatched yet, you can drop in a cancellation request to support@urbangabru.in

2. Order is in transit?

If your order is in transit you can't cancel the order.

3. Order was damaged when received?

Product Return Replace Process

We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you safely in the condition you had seen it on the website. However, sometimes the product gets damaged in transit due to some situations beyond our control. In such cases, we would be more than happy to replace your order

4. Incorrect item received?

We take utmost care to deliver the right product to the right person at the right time. However, under rare circumstances if you have received an incorrect product, please share its images for verification at support@urbangabru.in. Post which we can arrange for a pickup and place a replacement order for your product as well.

5. What can I return?

We are sorry to bring this to you but we do not have any refund or replacement policies. However, it is applicable for a few exceptional cases, for instance, if you have received any damaged, incorrect or expired products from our end.

6. When will I get my refund?

Refunds to Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are done usually within 3-5 business days after we receive the product and process your return. However, a convenience fee of Rs. 70 will still be charged.

7. Does Urban Gabru do replacements?

We are sorry to bring this to you but we do not have any refund or replacement policies. However, it is applicable for a few exceptional cases, for instance, if you have received any damaged / wrong products from our end.
