How it all started


Graduating as a computer science engineer to ideating, building, and establishing this bootstrapped brand at 26 was definitely not easy. Trying to build a brand that is not just limited to promotions and sales, but to bring to the market what the audience really needs was the vision.  


The core idea was to focus on uplifting men beyond average to break the boundaries that stop their growth. Apart from this men’s styling and grooming were surely our priority goals. 

Today, where now there is a replacement, variety, and availability for every product, Urbangabru stands out by producing something simple yet absolutely innovative. There are multiple skin and hair problems faced by people daily, Urbangabru being a men’s grooming brand produces a wide range of skin and hair products that are effective, easy-to-use, and surely innovative! 


Now, we are a brand where we uplift men to be comfortable with who they are. Our brand is about being a Gabru. The term Gabru signifies a man who is confident, well-groomed, self-caring, and responsible in this Urban era. Oh yes, and definitely stylish.  

Our vision


Currently, we have reached an audience of 5cr. with a 70% increase in engagement rate. We continue to learn, grow, and progress in this journey. Our future vision is to expand in a way that we can uplift, groom, and informate as many men out there. The plan to spread our offline reach and to be the top men’s grooming brand in India is still in progress.
